Don’t show, don’t sell

An important aspect of the selling process is the showing of the home for sale. Realtors have to be specific with their sellers about the importance of making the home available for buyers and their agents to see. The more restrictive a seller is about the times and days the home is shown, the harder it will become to attract the right buyer since very few people are comfortable putting in an offer on a home they have not seen in person. Buyers often juggle busy schedules involving work and family, limiting the times they are available to see properties.
